Day-of-Event Coordination

Our Day of Event Coordinator ensures that every moment of the quinceañera runs smoothly and according to plan. 

 

They coordinate all key traditions, including the crowning, surprise gift presentation, photo sessions with family and friends, blessings, gift-giving, the toast, and special dances such as the dance with dad, dance with mom, and rose waltz. They also manage the timing of sponsor entrances and exits, as well as transitions between choreographed dances.

 

To keep everything organized, we create a detailed, rehearsed program of these traditions that is printed and provided to all vendors. Additionally, all accompanying music for the program is downloaded onto a USB, ensuring a fully prepared and quality-checked presentation before the event. This thorough preparation and unmatched level of organization allows the family to relax and fully enjoy the perfect quinceañera they have been waiting so long to experience.
